The Negril Chapter of JUTA currently has approximately 300 drivers who provide fully equipped transportation in buses, cars, coaches and luxury vehicles. All drivers are required to have "Road Safe" vehicles that meet all licensing and certification requirements as well as all of the vehicles being fully air conditioned and having seat belts. All drivers must have a current road license, JTB (Jamaica Tourist Board) license and a TPD Co. (Tourism Product Development) license.

All vehicles are inspected monthly and may be equipped with refrigerators, tour guides, microphones and baggage handlers. Some vehicles also provide their guests with a slide show of things to see and do around the island. All JUTA vehicles are the best in modern convenience and safety. Each vehicle is also equipped with a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. No smoking is allowed while the vehicle is in transit. However, smoke and rest stops are made along the way for your convenience.

JUTA Negril contracts to provide services for most of the hotels and resorts in and around the Negril area. The JUTA Negril Chapter is a highly reputable organization providing the highest quality service available. We are proud to have the best record on the island in terms of performance, having an 80% service quality rating. The office, which is located on Norman Manley Boulevard in Negril, is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. The JUTA Negril Chapter is a member of the JHTA (Jamaica Hotel and Tourist Association) and the Negril Chamber of Commerce.
